We work with companies big and small, so it would only make sense that we offer services to fit a range of budgets. Each client comes to us with different hopes, visions and expectations and, for this reason, we provide custom quotes and timelines for every project we work on.

Full-scale projects are typically split into three payments. A 25% deposit secures your spot in our schedule, and the remaining 75% is spread across the duration of our collaboration.
Smaller investment projects, like Brand Discovery, are to be paid in full before your start date.

Branding projects typically last around six weeks.
Branding and web projects typically last between eight and ten weeks.
If your project is time sensitive, a Design Intensive may be of interest to you, which is usually wrapped up within one week.

The main goal in any collaboration is to ensure that you walk away with a brand that is strategic and fit for purpose. Sometimes, when you combine new elements with old, it can feel pieced together in a way that your audience can’t relate to. In order to guarantee a successful project, we typically do not work with existing logos in a branding project.

We often find that a project works better when we’re starting from the ground up. Being able to work alongside one another to create a brand strategy and nail down your values is a crucial part of the process. That being said, we do take on web projects with existing brands if we feel like we’re the right fit. Please get in touch for a quote if you think this could be you.

Availability and lead times change throughout the year, so it’s best to get in touch if you need some more information on a timeline we can comfortably offer you for your project.
If you have a launch date in mind, it’s best to get in touch as soon as possible for the best chances of us being able to work to that timeline.
GENERAL

Typically, we’ll start the strategy process around ten days before your Design Intensive. This allows time for research, planning, development, and for you to sign off on everything before the day.

Design Intensives are built to be structured, so there isn’t a huge amount of wiggle room when it comes to deliverables. Design Intensives provide you with the essentials you need to get your brand off the ground; if you need more support than this, please reach out so that we can create a bespoke project structure for you.

The short answer — yes!
Our strategy and planning process covers a lot of ground. Having that solid foundation to build your brand upon is the only thing that makes it possible to condense the design process down into one day. We’ll be in near-constant contact, which means things can move quicker than they typically would during a branding projects.

Our Design Intensives offer the same level of professional service and commitment as any of our other packages. Our full-service projects involve a lot of presentations, multiple branding concepts, and up to a week wait time for client feedback. Removing these variables means we can get the work done in a shorter time — it’s that simple!

Our Design Intensives offer you the essentials you need to get your brand off the ground. At a minimum, we’ll work on a comprehensive creative direction and brand strategy, fully developed logo suite, colour palette and typography system.

Design Intensives are typically split into two payments. A 50% deposit secures your spot in our schedule, and the remaining 50% is due the day before. If there are additional fees, such as type or image licences, these will be billed the next working day.
